Greg Mascera was admitted to practice Law in New Jersey in 1984 after obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, and obtaining a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management.
As a general practitioner, Greg represents clients in the following areas of the law:
Greg currently serves as the Borough Attorney for the Borough of Caldwell, New Jersey, and serves as the Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Verona, New Jersey.
James J. McDonald has been engaged in the general practice of Law in the counties of Northern New Jersey for over thirty-five years.

Jim has served two terms on the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District Ethics Committee and was the Chair of the District VB (Suburban Essex) Committee for the 2011-2012 term. In addition, Martindale-Hubbell has awarded him its AV Peer Rating, its highest level of professional excellence.
Jim is a graduate of both Seton Hall University and Seton Hall Law School. In addition to his work on the Ethics Committee, Jim has volunteered for many years on the Essex County Matrimonial Early Settlement Pane and has been a long term member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
